    Co-Founder | Brand & Growth Strategy

    Kat is a strategic brand and marketing leader with over 15 years of experience building and evolving consumer brands. Her work spans retail, food, beauty, fashion, and home goods, with a deep focus on brand identity, marketing strategy, social media, content creation, and print collateral. Known for her ability to see both the big picture and the details that make brands resonate, Kat brings focus and direction to complex brand challenges. Her goal is always the same: to combine strategy and creativity in ways that drive meaningful growth and deliver work that connects with both clients and their audiences.

  • Lauren Waldvogel

    Co-Founder | Art Direction, Photography & Visual Storytelling

    With over a decade of experience, Lauren brings brands to life through art direction, photography, and visual storytelling. Her background in color theory and conceptual development allows her to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals that connect emotionally and perform across platforms. Lauren’s work spans photography, videography, and mixed media content, with a focus on social-first storytelling, product editorials, portraiture, weddings, and relationship-driven narratives. She isn’t just capturing images, she's shaping how brands are seen, remembered, and felt.

    Co-Founder | Creative Director | Web & Graphic Design

    Adriana brings 15 years of experience across a wide range of industries and styles, with a rare ability to listen deeply, interpret client needs, and translate them into intuitive, effective design. Her work blends strong visual aesthetics with strategic thinking, resulting in graphics, websites, and digital experiences that are both beautiful and functional. Adriana is not only a skilled designer, but a true creative partner  building thoughtful customer journeys and visual systems that tell a brand’s story clearly and cohesively.

    Content, Social & Client Experience

    Julia is a multidisciplinary creative specializing in social media management, content creation, photography, and client experience. From managing brand social presence to capturing events, portraits, and behind-the-scenes moments, her work supports brands across both digital and real-world touchpoints. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and hospitality, Julia brings a people-first approach grounded in reliability, attention to detail, and consistency. She helps brands show up thoughtfully, creatively, and with intention both online and on-site.
