THE CHALLENGE:

  • ALLU is an international brand originating from Japan, boasting over 130 locations worldwide. Our team was tasked with adapting their existing branding for the US market, in preparation for their launch in the United States.

WHAT WE DID:

  • Develop a cohesive branding strategy that maintains international standards while catering specifically to the US market.

  • Formulate a robust US marketing plan to differentiate the brand amidst stiff competition, while preserving its Japanese heritage. This encompassed social media, influencer partnerships, digital and print advertising, as well as email marketing.

  • Produced a large volume of branded design assets across paid ads, social media, digital, and print, establishing a consistent and elevated US presence.

  • Launched a robust email marketing program with full creative direction and design.

  • Led over 10 large-scale photoshoots to build a comprehensive content library used across web, email, social, and advertising.

  • Craft and execute a visually striking website with multifunctionality and a seamless customer journey for purchasing goods. The success prompted the global office to commission Third Collective for the creation of additional websites for other locations, including Hong Kong, France, and the UK.

RESULTS:
Seamlessly transitioned ALLU to an internal team with a clear, scalable branding and strategic foundation.
