LEGENDS MOTOR CO.

Multi-Location Brand Reset

THE CHALLENGE:

Legends Motor Co. wasn’t facing one marketing issue — it was facing breakdown across every touchpoint.

Multiple brands and locations were operating independently, resulting in inconsistent branding, underperforming social channels, bot-damaged audiences, missed customer inquiries, scattered assets, and outdated or nonexistent websites. Despite strong in-person experiences, Legends’ digital presence didn’t reflect the quality of the brand.

Legends needed structure, cohesion, and leadership — fast.

WHAT WE DID:

  • We stepped in as centralized marketing leadership and rebuilt the ecosystem from the ground up.

  • Audited and cleaned all social accounts, removing thousands of fake followers and archiving low-performing content

  • Established data-backed posting schedules and community management systems

  • Planned and executed large-scale photoshoots across all locations

  • Produced over 1,500 edited visual assets and extensive video content

  • Project-managed and launched multiple websites and e-commerce content

  • Centralized brand assets (photos, video, menus, logos, promotions)

  • Coordinated promotions, events, copywriting, and creative direction across teams

  • Audited ad spend and prevented $36,000 in low-ROI advertising

RESULTS:
A fragmented group of businesses became a unified, scalable brand ecosystem.
Legends Motorcycle Museum: Reach +82.5%, monthly impressions 5,695 → 58,259
Strap Tank Brewery: Monthly impressions 5,390 → 52,890 after audience cleanup
Sidecar Café: Monthly impressions 846 → 3,575, followers nearly doubled
Legends Motor Co.: Parent brand launched from zero to 563 followers organically
Additional brands: 0 → 369 followers, triple-digit engagement growth
